Exceeded Expectations for a lower cost rooftop carrier Installation (9/10): Recommend that two people install this on the roof just due to the weight. I installed it myself on a 2014 Durango, so it is possible, but I am only 5′ 8″ and had to toss it up on the roof. After that, installation was fairly simple. Loosened the hooks from inside before putting on roof, then slide into place, then tighten back up from the inside.
