Vittoria Rubino Pro G+ Bike Tires, Blue/Black/Blue, 700cmx19/23

The all-new Vittoria Rubino Pro G+ road tire brings the same handling and durability you (and everyone else) loved about the original, but now has a graphene carbon compound mixed into the rubber layup for increased mileage, puncture resistance and durability. That all sounds great, but the G+ compound goes even one step further and improves the cornering grip and rolling resistance as well. Combine that with a 3C three-compound rubber layup which helps give the different areas of the tire different handling properties.

Its a 23 not a 25 Rating at this point is only in reference to the difficulty of mounting. The only other tire I have found difficult to mount was a 23 this is marked as a 25 but measures with a digital caliper at 23. To say it was hard to mount was an understatement. My 20 mile ride today exerted less energy. Guess I should have bought a 28 for the bike assuming it would also come in 2mm smaller than advertised. 4 other Conti gatorskins in the garage mounted all measure at 25 as advertised.I would…

Seems like a good tire. Good value. Not many miles on this yet so I will have to update this in while. So far I like it. I like the white stripe on the side wall. Not a white wall but a stripe above the sidewall. It has some decent siping but more on the sides of the main contact patch. I bought the wider version hoping to soften up the ride a little bit but this tire looks the same width or maybe smaller than my front which is a 23.
