A great bike I needed a budget “first road bike”, a lot of sites and articles pointed me to Vilano’s line of bikes. I was not looking to get into a new hobby or dive head first into a new sport. Great Bike But Check The Rim Tape! This is a really good bike for an entry level road bike even though there was some problems with it when I first got it. I ordered the medium and they sent me the large. I know I can send it back but with shipping and the wait, I have decided to just keep it. The other issue I have had is the tires. The company did a really poor job putting on the rim tape and because of it, I went through 5 tubes before I even got to ride it. I got it back from a professional putting it together, pushed it in…
Very Surprising. Matches entry level bikes from much more expensive bike manufactures despite the price. I gotta say, for the price, this bike is awesome. Showed up fairly quickly and was packaged very well. If a professional bike shop were to assemble this, I wouldn’t know the difference between this and the entry level specialized (Double the price). Beyond the initial setup, the brakes needed to be adjusted (a lot).
