Very Good Value Until now, I have been using MTB shoes with SPD cleats. They were a bit heavy but are secure and were easy to walk in when you ge off the bikes.These Venzo shoes are pretty lite and appear to be well made. They are easy to put on and adjust due to the three Velcro straps. The pedal that came with these shoes seem to get the job done.
