Great Pannier This pannier was to replace the Metro Transit pannier that was stolen. I have had it for about a month so far. It’s a great commuter bag — durable, waterproof and holds slightly more than the pannier it replaced. The backing/inner bag is a genius yet simple design. The shoulder strap is infinitely helpful.
