Great design but I’m too short!!
Great Design and Construction! Ideally it would be slightly bigger (longer) if you are anywhere near 6 feet tall or taller. I just got this and installed it yesterday. Setup was extremely simple and the bar is solid, stable, and in place in about 20 seconds once you make sure how to attach it with the quick release onto the seat post. It took maybe 1 minute to put the foot rest in place and run the straps under the brake line… My only wish / complaint with the product is that I’d like a bigger size. My kid is not tiny, but a 23 month old boy who probably weighs 28 lbs / 13 kg. I am a 6 foot tall male with a 19 or…
This is a fantastic invention! First of all, I wasn’t sure if the Tyke Toter would fit my 17.5″ Trek Mamba, due to frame tube diameter. I was worried the foot brace would not fit the wide diameter tubing more than anything. I contacted the folks at Tyke Toter via email with my concerns. They contacted me back the same day with the answers I needed so I placed my order. Well it fits the wide Trek tubing just fine.I did not need the included shims because I placed the foot brace…
