Not really well built and locks don’t really serve a purpose. Well firstly I couldn’t find the assembly instructions (not even sure it came with any) and I could not find a website or anything. There IS a company called Topline that makes auto racks, but they don’t make this product. I’m guessing it is just a generic chinese roof rack with a knockoff name.That said, it is pretty easy to figure out have to put it together. The whistle is pretty bad, haven’t tried them with a load yet for $75, you get what you pay for. It’s a solid enough roof rack. They give you 3 size clips, unfortunately even the largest one is a little too small for my Kia sorento, I had to flatten them out a bit to get them to work. The directions are god awful, but if you have just the slightest bit of common sense, you can figure out how to get this rack on your car. One of the endcaps came with the lock in backwards, then it part of the mechanism fell out, so I just ended up gorilla gluing it in. The…
