Size Medium plenty of room well built ! See Picts. I purchased size MEDIUM. Perfect size for me as it has plenty of room for your gear and you can unzip it to expand its size a bit. It has 2 internal elastic bands to secure some items as well as an internal mesh elastic pouch on the inside of the flap you open, and one attachment point for the rear light. Very Nice Bag, Though Not Even Water-resistant NOTE: This is in reference to a size *medium*. Picture is with the bag *not* expanded.It’s a good bag for a road bike, as long as your seat is raised 4″+ from its lowest position (more if you want to put a tail light below it). It’s a bit hard to zip/unzip if pulled tight up against the seat. I have not had any issues with my thighs rubbing the bag. The bag seems fairly rugged, and has a reflective strip on the back.
