Size Medium plenty of room well built ! See Picts. I purchased size MEDIUM. Perfect size for me as it has plenty of room for your gear and you can unzip it to expand its size a bit. It has 2 internal elastic bands to secure some items as well as an internal mesh elastic pouch on the inside of the flap you open, and one attachment point for the rear light.
