Excellent spin shoes Excellent spin shoes. Would recommend anyone taking spin class even one time a week get them. Had been doing spin for 2 years prior and never got spin shoes. Totally feel a difference in the way my muscles are used and I’m able to use them better. Don’t have to worry about keeping my foot in the cage. I have tried the Gero Rumble and these. The Giro shoes were a little narrow for my liking and as my feet started to swell they became uncomfortable even to the point of numbing my toes.
