really transformed our tiny storage room. The item actually arrived 15Jun15 thats seven days early, yea…… All parts were present in new unused condition.Had to look thru the instructions carefully to find the how to for this product as the instructions were for full other items sold by manufacture. However it was pretty straight foward from the picture online. Great rack for hanging multiple bikes in a small amount of space! After reading multiple reviews and looking at this company’s website, I decided to go with this product because it offered the most compact storage option for multiple bikes. The rack can hold up to 300 pounds per the website. Some reviews said that the rack could not hold 4 bikes. We were able to easily hang 4 bikes by alternating handlebars to the right or left.
