NO KEY REPLACEMENT WARNING! NO KEY REPLACEMENT WARNING! We like the seat, but if you lose your key as I did, both Yepp and Thule are completely unresponsive after multiple calls and emails over the course of a few months. You simply cannot get a replacement key (though Yepp online says you can in their frequently asked questions).
