Made my own! After purchasing my Thule bike rack I didn’t like the way that it wobbled using the single 40mm bolt that came with it to attach to my hitch. In addition it provided no security and I was worried that someone would simply unscrew the bolt and take the rack (and maybe bikes too!). After reading the reviews I purchased a M12 1.75 80 mm bolt, two M12 washers, one M12 lock washer (from Home Depot) and one Wheel nut lock (from Auto Zone) and now have a perfectly solid connection to the hitch with no…
This is a solid lock, but you may want to add some O rings to make it truly “snug” on your hitch, otherwise it will rattle a bit
