Fits perfect on 2016 Highlander LE Box looks and feels great for our 2016 Highlander LE. Easy install with very simple functionality. I ordered the Toyota factory roof rack bars off Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OSVH1L8/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and the Thule Force fits them perfect. Remember to mount it closer towards the rear for better aerodynamics on the road.
