Good arch support, but there are better options. I used to be a SuperFeet devotee, but I’ve since found greener pastures. SuperFeet do certainly offer benefits; they are very firm, can last about a year of daily use while still providing integral arch support, and can be cut to fit the precise shape of your shoe. However, I simply cannot validate the cost anymore.
