Easy cheap upgrade One of these arrived with an apparent broken bearing.. It barely spins and actually will stop and start to rotate the other way as if there is something in the bearing, physically causing resistance. The other seems to be fine (though it barely spins with the caps on, this should not be the case with a brand new bearing.), so these bearings aren’t the best. Product was delivered very quickly. I would have liked some direction about lubrication and installation, but that’s not a deal breaker for me. Bottom line is that they spin much more freely than the stock pulleys on my 105, the drive train feels smoother and sounds quieter. Example… when I have my bike on a rack for service and I manually spin the crank, it keeps on spinning after I stop pushing them for a rotation or two. It didn’t do that before adding the pulleys, a half rotation at most…
