Decent but uneven seam surface that affects braking. This wheel was purchased for my project requiring a custom wheel build using a special hub. So the spokes and hub that came with the wheel would not be needed. Only the rim was needed. I would have rated the entire assembly at least four stars because the wheel arrived true and the hub and spokes were of good quality.
