Ok This speedsok is helpful to keep liquids cool during an event or while your bike is in transition On very hot days I use ice in the reservoir to start and then set up the system with the Speedsok. It gives you a little more time before the liquids get warm. The assembly is simple. I place the reservoir in the mount, then put the speedsok on (I don’t bother with the fastener on the mount – have never had an issue with the reservoir popping out). Then the straw, then the lid.
