Nice bike – bad customer service My husband likes this bike, that is why I give it 4 stars. Pros: Shipping was insanely fast. The bike appears to be very sturdy. Cons: Great packaging and it arrived intact, without any dings, dents or tears – that is why I don’t understand that the frame and the handlebar had deep scratches (revealed after the protective covering was removed).
