We got this in the mail and it had a few loose parts in the box. It should have been okay, but it wasnât. This is supposed to be the right product for my sonâs Diamondback mountain bike, but itâs extremely difficult to install! Once it was installed, we thought it would be fine. Then, the next day, my son rode his mountain bike with this part on it and he had an accident! No one else was involved, and he didnât even shift gears. The derailleur just came apart!
