Great shoes. Can be worn for women as well. Great fit. I’m a 10 1/2 and ordered a 45. Shipped out on-time and arrived when I needed them!MAKE SURE YOU PURCHASE OR OWN THE SM-SH40 ADAPTER!!! I’m a newb’ and didn’t realize this. Fortunately, my local shop cary’s them.This brings me to my only criticism so far. The stop of the screw receive for the cleat seem to strip easily. So this means the screws are too short if that happens. And it did on one of my shoes. The guy at the bike shop was able to get me going…
