Very good Shimano product at a great price Very nice crankset ( only, no bottom bracket [BB]). Purchased the 175mm, 42/32/22T w/out chainguard model, for a 29er hardtail mountain bike. 175mm is the cranks length, it fits square shaped ends BBs. Look up “bottom bracket” with square ends on this site if your not sure what it looks like. Shimano FC-M361 Acera Crankset on Touring Bike Since I’m no longer svelte or young, and I live in mountainous terrain, I bought the 170mm – 42/32/22t to lower the gearing of my 2012 Surly Long Haul Trucker for loaded touring.
