Low price, light weight, and easy to carry! Love the price point and takes up very little space to store. You have to take both wheels off the bike, but the handlebars and pedals can stay on. If checking at the airport, you will have to pay extra and it comes out in the oversized luggage area. For Southwest, it was $50. So, you may prefer to ship it, depending on the difference in price and convenience. It was easy to carry with the shoulder strap along with my other luggage. Scicon Travel Plus Racing Bicycle Travel Case that is Airplane Safe Sold by ImagineGear Do not, I repeat, do not use this on a plane.I purchased this from ImagineGear as their description was ‘Airplane Safe’ well it isn’t really. Arriving on a week long ride I had to spend 2 hours fixing the derailleur which had been fairly well protected. Coming back from the same trip one of the spindles tore through the bag in flight and spokes were loosened when something hit it or was put on top of it.
