Retrospec Bicycles Drome Fixed-Gear Track Bike with Carbon Fork, Matte Black, 61cm/X-Large
If there is one thing we’re sure of, it’s that competition never goes out of style. The second iteration of Retrospec’s classic Drome track bike is new and improved, and it’s ready to fast track your progress to victory. With a 6061 aluminum frame that is double-butted and tig-welded, your ride will never be left wanting. It’s a lightweight bike made even lighter with the V2’s addition of a carbon fork, and race-oriented geometry to get you going as fast as possible. Also new to the Drome is a radial front wheel spoke design. Equipped with Pista race drop bars, now with super grippy handlebar tape for more aerodynamic riding. The smooth welded frame, integrated headset, and sealed bearing hubs prepare you for a non-stop ride of your life. Our Drome has a flip-flop hub, so you can ride fixed or single-speed with a freewheel. Not only do you have the power to choose how you ride, you also get a bike that has fewer moving parts to get dirty and wrecked. This build is more stable, easier to install, and has better bearings. And unlike your average track bike, the Drome V2 now comes with front AND rear brakes because we want you to stay safe on and off the track.

The packing was flawless … Very impressive indeed and I personally appreciate that. Bike assembled and it’s very light in weight but sturdy … this is a quality piece. Haven’t road tested it yet because of time and weather…
I purchased this bike as my first fixed gear, and I believe I made a great choice! Everything seems to be of great quality. The packaging was good, and the bike was fairly easy to assemble. I really like the rim/spoke color combo and the welds on the frame are very nice. A few things that I did not like about it: (1) Handlebar tape was not the greatest and I already ordered some to replace it. (2) A chain whip + lockring wrench are needed if you are putting it together yourself (discovered…
