Not bashing the product, but you need to be aware of a design flaw. There is a design flaw (intentionally???) with the frame. Underneath the seat, the seating frame connects (two separate pieces). It is this connection point that fails. The two pieces are joined by one rather short screw that bends easily, which then causes the frame to sag. Shortly thereafter, the sagging connection drags on the riding surface which renders the unit unusable.
