GREAT trainer, don’t listen to the reviews on here Don’t pay any attention the the bad reviews on here. The majority is user error. This trainer is AWESOME for how cheap it is. It is just as good, if not better than than the “big name” ones. This one actually costs around $100 on most sites, so at $33 is a STEAL. It’s quiet, and easy to set up. You get what you pay for I bought this because it was on the lower end of the price range for bike trainers and I wasn’t sure how much I’d use it. I actually like using it. However, I’ve had several issues with this product and have used it less than 10 times. First, the instructions are virtually non-existent. Great for the price I just received this and set it all up. This is my first of these so I didn’t want to spend a lot on something I wasn’t sure I would like. I am pleased with the quality, everything seems sturdy.Unlike some other reviewers, I do notice a very slight change in resistance with the adjustment lever. It is very slight.
