Add a few more hand positions to your cycling I am 58-year-old woman who does a lot of long-distance touring, and I wouldn’t go without these.This is my second one of this brand.. The first ones just wore out after 8 years and 15,000+ miles. these are the only aerobars, to my knowledge, with the flip-up elbow rests, allowing you more riding positions. I am not a fast rider and I don’t use them for aerodyamics, unless I am riding into a stiff headwind. I do use them for an extra hand position, holding onto those elbow pads to allow me to…
