The 187 killers pad is much more comfortable, and I do not have any unexposed skin I don’t long board often, especially with it being winter where I am from. Not what I expected. I fall with these going downhill; I still get injured by the friction with my skin with the interior fabric while it twisted. I bought the 187 killers elbow pad as a replacement, and since day one you can tell the difference. The 187 killers pad is much more comfortable, and I do not have any unexposed skin. The only reason I gave these a 2 rather than a 1 is because they do actually keep my elbows safe when they stay in the right place. I ordered a small, what I always order, and they are very lose. The velcro strap pinches the band underneath so it creates a wrinkle that is very uncomfortable. I use these for jamming for roller derby so working out hard in them causes the band underneath the velcro strap to eventually slide out from undeunder the velcro completely.
