Great chocks but be careful with the hardware (see notes) I like the removable feature – let’s me use my trailer for dirt bikes when I need and other items when I don’t need the chocks. They are not 100% secure when locked in place but once you strap the bike down that chock isn’t moving. Very handy. Only critique is the stainless steel hardware. I had three of them seize while moving the lock nut up the bolt. I had to cut them off with a grinder because one they seize, that’s it – they are not moving up or down. I started spraying wd-40 on the bolts…
Works good.. but hardware could be better. I bought three of these to install on my trailer for my dirt bikes. The hardware/install kit that’s included is not conducive to 2″ wood (my trailer has 2×4 and 2×6 planks). The bolts are not long enough and the plates on the bottom are nearly impossible to line up to the top mounting brackets when drilling through 2″ wood. So, after a trip to the hardware store for some bolts and large washers, I installed these and they are great. Holds my front tire very snug and wiggles a little but…
