Great shoes for spin class! I am a solid size 6 in US women’s sizes – medium width. I wear a 6 in Nike, Sketchers, and pretty much any other shoe. I was nervous about the sizing and went for the 38 Eu (6.8 US) B based off other reviews. They fit perfectly with regular or thicker socks. Good shoes, but run small My normal shoe size is US 5.5. According to the size chart, that means 36.5. I ended up ordering a 38, which translates into 6.8, and I’m glad! This shoe runs small. There’s very little room left in the toe box. When walking, I feel my big toes bumping into the front. Otherwise, I’m happy with the shoes from a cycling standpoint. They are better for weight transfer than running or tennis shoes with more flexible soles. As I read, the stiffer soles of cycling shoes really do make a difference…
