Tight fit, but good shoe overall I initially bought the same Euro size 46 I usually buy for bike shoes (from the likes of Specialized and Sidi) but found the Pearl Izumi shoes too small. This is the first pair of Pearl Izumi shoes I’ve tried. I went up one size to 47 and the fit is appropriate for a bicycle shoe. Put another way, I went up a half size US.
