These do fit pretty dang exact to foot size- I am a 9.5 mens and got the 43.5 and they are like foot-gloves. I use them strictly for indoor training and triathlon races so I donât wear socks with them. I use a different shoe for daily riding/training and they have room for socks, these definitely do not unless you wear an ultra-light type.
