I upgraded the brakes on my daily commuter from 24 year old cantilevers to the minimotos. The braking power is exponentially improved, and there is no more screeching coming from the brakes. Tremendous amount of stopping power with pretty good modulation. If is squeeze them tight enough, both wheels will lock up and skid. I was never able to get my old brakes to do this. They are paired with Sram 900 single speed brake levers and are a perfect matching. Installation was a little tricky until I emailed the company who clarified exactly how to set the arms before tightening the springs but once I figured it out it was easy.I have fatter tires on my bike and the cable…
