Online forums indicate that the manufacturer (Park Tool) has acknowledged production of defective tools and is willing to send free replacements if you get a bad one. The defective ones are simply too big … Buyer beware! This tool does not fit my Shimano cassette. The defective ones are simply too big to fit in the splined hole in the cassette.This supplier is not the cause of the problem but they should be purging their stock and talking to Park Tool about its dismal quality control failure.I have requested a replacement…
