Park Tool – A Cut Below The Park Tool Cable cutters appear to be well made and comfortable in the hand, performance has been an entirely different experience.I used the cutter a few times one afternoon and found that after a few cuts it would not cut stainless control cable without leaving several strands bent and uncut, it absolutely refused to produce a clean usable cable end.
