Slow Customer Service Let me first say that my rating is based on the bike if it had shown up without any issues. When the bike arrived, thebackrest was deformed. The backrest is plastic and showed up with large puckers and didn’t form to our backs properly. This made it very uncomfortable to ride. Sent customer service a few emails with no reply. Works great for me 6’5″ and my wife 5’6″ with adjustment … Works great for me 6’5″ and my wife 5’6″ with adjustment for 6″ shorter legs. No need for earbuds it is easy to hear radio or TV over it. The resistance light to extra heavy. At 16 of 25 it is heaver than the machine at my PT on its highest setting. It is heavy so one may need help moving it. The assembly directions are good but the reason I can’t give it 5 stars is there are no directions in the box or online, on what its built in programs contain or much on how to use them. By…
