Nashbar Fluid Bicycle Trainer
Bike trainers can get pretty elaborate and pretty pricey, but many cyclists just like to set it up and knock out a ride. Queue the Nashbar Fluid Trainer to experience the ultimate marriage of value, simplicity, and performance. Nashbar’s new fluid resistance unit uses an internal flywheel system guaranteeing smooth, consistent delivery of a life-like pedal stroke. The bigger the gear and the more RPMs you generate, the harder the workout. Simple. Just as important, it’s quiet enough that you can enjoy whatever media you prefer while training without having to jack up the decibels to overcome the trainer’s noise. Plus, easy setup and teardown (with zero cords, cables, or power to worry about) makes it ideal not just for in-home workouts but bring it to a race, too, for the perfect means to get warmed-up and ready to rock. Internal flywheel/fluid system provides excellent resistance and life-like pedal stroke Super simple setup great for bringing along for race warm-ups, travelling, moving around the house Rear quick release skewer included to ensure your bike attaches perfectly Rubber feet on bottom of unit prevent slippage and floor scuffing
