A beginning toolkit for the clueless beginner (like me) I got this toolkit a couple of years ago. I got back into cycling after thirty or more years away from it when I retired. I used to do my own wrenching, and wanted to learn to do that with my new bike. I thought that a kit like this would provide a basis to build on as my experience grew. And, for the most part, it has. Like all such kits, it includes a lot of generic tools that I wish it didn’t (does anyone who actually works on their own stuff need yet another hex wrench set?) But the kit…
The wrenches and cassette tool are made of VERY soft metal and they easily bend. I couldn’t even remove my freewheel cassette ..
Works great if used within it’s limitations
