I only had 1 issue when the bike arrived and that was the center bolt for the pedals was bent. However, I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me another one straight away, no problems at all. Things to consider A couple big issues: Riding on the road, the battery comes ajar if you hit any bump, which causes the bike to turn off. There is no shock absorption and is probably the reason for the battery issue and a sore butt. I bought this bike to ride on a paved trail and within an hour of my first ride the bike turned off 3x.
