IS YOUR BIKE COMPATIBLE? Measure two things on your bike before buying these training wheels to make sure they’re going to fit.First, as “C Tam” noted, you’re going to need about an inch of exposed thread when you take the mounting nuts of your rear wheel. On each side of your bike, you’re going to need to mount both a horizontal and vertical bracket. These two brackets together measure about 1/2 inch in thickness; and you’re going to want about a half an inch of thread left over to tighten the nut…
