A3: Yes, it fits iPhone 7 plus just right. The phone bag is about 6.7 by 3.6 inch.

Q4: Will this bag fit a pair of shoes and gym clothes (shorts & shirt) all at once?
A4: Yes, the capacity is about 18L, will fit a normal shoes and few pieces of GYM clothes.
