Doesnt work woth crossbar bike This seat is terrible. I have a bike with a crossbar – you literally can’t attach this because of the foot rest. You’d need a 2ft high seatpodt to get the clearance on the foot plates. In addition the seatpost clamps are irregular – you’ll need to add rubber piping to get the sizing. The idea of this looks great but it’s a bad design. Me and my husband have flipped houses, we can build cars – we couldn’t engineer this to work on a regular bike.
