Great quality The flimsy cardboard packaging opened up (I assume, during shipping) and the chain was outside of the package and loose in the shipping carton. If there originally was a master link or extra pin included to begin with (I believe there was supposed to be), it was long gone. The instructions specifically state not to re-use a pin removed from the chain to join it together. I did not want to take any chances because this is for a bike that only has a coaster brake.
