My experience with Jetson – the company and the bike I did not buy my Jetson from Amazon, but directly from Jetson. I received the bike right on the day they said it would come. I had ordered a bike cover with it, and the storage compartment that goes over the second seat. I never received my bike cover, and the storage compartment was pretty cheaply made. Failed after 2 months. I wish I could give a good review of this bike. I purchased it in March and it arrived fully assembled. I used it to commute to an from work, not a great distance, almost daily for about 2 months without issues. The mirrors are a bit of a pain, as they don’t seem to stay in place very well no matter how much you tighten them. The turn signal beeps very loudly when used, but that’s probably a good thing. Worked right out of the box & the ride is so smooooth I think your satisfaction with this scooter will depend a lot on your needs and expectations.
