Product quality. This is the best purchase I’ve ever made on Amazon.com. With out a doubt, the best bang for your buck. The pack holds plenty of water and has a perfect amount of room for storage. I go on long runs and like to carry my cellphone,keys,wallet, etc. Holds everything nice and tight. Also, I didn’t realize till I received the pack, but it has a special netting that comes out the bottom and hooks up to the top of the pack so that you can hold a towel or jacket. Nice system, would buy again I’ve only used this twice, once with water and once with Gatorade. So far it’s been great. I can get upwards of 2.5 liters in it and I have not yet had it leak. It’s a bit tough to clean the house as other brands are but I bought a cleaning kit at the same time that helps a lot. The bladder is pretty easy to clean since the top opens and you can get your hand or bottle sponge inside.
