Ibera Bike Rack – Bicycle Touring Carrier with Fender Board, Frame-Mounted for Heavier Top & Side Loads, Height Adjustable for 26″-29″ Frames
The Ibera PakRak Touring Bicycle Carrier is frame-mounted for heavier top and side loads, carrying up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
It features a top plate that acts as a rear fender and splashguard, and seat stay rods that are length adjustable.
The rods can bend for a customized fit for bicycles that have higher or lower seat stay holes.

Very nice rack. I mounted this on a 29” bike … Very nice rack. I mounted this on a 29” bike with no problem. Had 2 inches of clearance from the top of the tire to the bottom side of the rack. Would like to note that instead of mounting the brackets to the frame under the seat with the provided bolts, I used zip ties. It is very secure and you have more options as to where you can attach those brackets included. Also, if you need to remove it or adjust you just cut the zip ties and remount, simple. Great solution for other panniers, with modifications I just bought a second Ibera PakRak Touring Carrier Plus because I have been using the first one for over a year on my primary/daily ride, and I needed a second rack for the backup bike I’m preparing mainly for travel on trips where I don’t want to worry about my primary bike to end up at risk of being ost or stolen.
