Fantastic Bike, Horrible Seat I’m new to this level of cycling so take my opinion with a grain of salt. I’ve had steel beater bikes until now. I love the bike so far.. It’s light responds well and it looks fantastic! seriously its a sexy looking bike, esp for the price! Handles well and the components are pretty good. The reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is twofold:The seat…. OMG soooooooooo hard. even with padded shorts. its a 100% replace item if you plan to ride more than 10miles at a time. so on top of the…
Excellent Bike for Price I thought what I was purchasing would be a cheap Walmart Bike with a terrible feeling frame and low end parts. Turns out you’re really getting a great value here. I’ve put 150 miles on this bike on Seattle roads and hills so far, and it’s been great. I am 5’9 and chose the 56cm; I should have gone for the 54cm as it’s just slightly too big even though it fits perfectly between my legs.Assembly is somewhat tough and a lot of things do need to be adjusted, so be aware before buying…
Great bike for the money. Tricky assembly but worth it! Bottom line: this is a good bike for the money. The components, excluding the saddle, are pretty high quality and won’t fall apart on you. I’d highly recommend this bike to someone looking to start getting serious about cycling who is also maybe a daily commuter.Pros:-Better shifting groupset (Shimano Claris) than the introductory road bike models from brands like Fuji, Trek, and Specialized-Several pounds lighter than most of the competition at this price point…
