These boots fit wonderful and look great but the sole is a major problem with “metal pegs”. This boot utilizes a “flat, ribbed sole” that grips most walking surfaces well and works as such with “sideboards” and “rubber” pegs but forget about wearing them where metal or aluminum pegs are concerned. The best riding boots I have ever owned. Best riding boots I have ever purchased. Last pair I will ever buy… or I should say when I buy a new pair it will be these boots.Very strong no-slip grip. My feet stay on the foot boards of my Harley, and my feet do not slip a bit on the street, at stop signs or signals, whenever I have to put my feet down.VERY comfortable, a nice snug fit.
