perfect long run I really love these. They are very reasonable priced. I would recommend mixing this with 30 ounces not 21. I only take one in 30 ounces of water 2 hours before a half marathon. For the first 6 miles my sweat is so salty that it almost burns my eyes.The first time I tried the product was in 8 ounces of water and it was a disaster in my stomach.The flavor is very easy to tolerate, and if you add it to at least 20 ounces water it will not taste salty at all.For the rest of…
