I bought a used Schwinn bike that had an aftermarket front rim that now I see has bad reviews. I have probably replaced the tube on it 10 times. Every time I have used a super cheap Wal-Mart or target tube as the replacement. Every time the tube was cut at the base of the valve at the edge of the circle around the valve.
